Specibio Horse Blood, Laked is a processed blood preparation for in vitro research requiring released red-cell contents. The US-origin whole blood undergoes mechanical defibrination and pooling, followed by freeze-thaw processing to disrupt red blood cells.
Supplied in a 1000 mL pack for evaluation in blood-containing research media and analytical methods that use disrupted-cell material. This preparation is not an intact red-cell suspension; account for its processing and any dilution when designing experiments.
For research use only. Application suitability should be established for the selected lot.
