Specibio Sheep Blood, Lysed is a processed blood preparation for in vitro research requiring released red-cell contents. The US-origin whole blood undergoes mechanical defibrination and pooling, followed by lysis with sterile deionised water at a 1:1 volume ratio.
Supplied in a 1000 mL pack for evaluation in blood-containing research media and analytical methods that use disrupted-cell material. This preparation is not an intact red-cell suspension; account for its processing and any dilution when designing experiments.

Pallidum using FDA-approved methods.
